💛I infiltrated the Pilates Girly scene, here’s what I saw…

The Dream Girl Circle (OCTOBER): Applications close TODAY October 10 at Midnight EST.

how lucky are we to live a freer life than any woman before us could imagine?

2 months ago, I dove head first into Reformer Pilates as a total newbie.

I was there to build full body muscle that would support my neck / shoulders during my sever migraines. But ALSO…

I was curious. Curious if the hype was real, if what I saw about Pilates culture online was actually true.

And now, I just finished my 30th Pilates class.

Here’s the good news - It’s the first movement practice I’ve so easily stayed consistent with for multiple months.

I kept going through migraines, chronic illness flareups, heavy periods, and work stress that normally would have made me stop. This practice didn’t push me past my limits. It supported me through them.

But there’s also something that’s been hard to navigate -

Most days, I’m the biggest person in the room.

I don’t say that for sympathy. My body image is solid now, and it doesn’t shake me much.

But for a lot of women, that would be a dealbreaker.

Because here’s the truth most people avoid saying:

Pilates is full of strong, smart, capable women... and still, it can feel unwelcoming if your body doesn’t look like the ones in the ads & Instagram videos.

In the beginning, the learning curve is steep. You don’t know the terms. The machines are intimidating. The vibe can be weirdly serious (WHY!?). If you’re in the wrong studio, people get annoyed when you slam the carriage or ask a question.

And for someone who's already exhausted by diet culture and trying to accept their body, that can feel like too much to push through.

But I stayed because this is one of the only forms of movement that made me feel stronger without triggering that spiral into “doing more” or “shrinking.”

And it reminded me that you don’t have to be great at something for it to be good for you.

You don’t need to lose weight first. You don’t need to feel ready.

You just need a space that feels safe enough to show up in your real body.

That’s why I created The Dream Girl Circle.

So you don’t have to navigate that healing alone.

We talk about movement that supports your nervous system (not drains it).
We process what it feels like to be the biggest one in the room.
We unlearn the idea that your body is the problem.

If you’ve been craving compassionate structure, real support, and a place where people get it - this is for you.

The next Dream Girl Circle opens in January in all time zones.

Enrollment goes to the waitlist first and spots are limited.

Bali Self Love Retreat: Open for signups (SEPTEMBER 6-11) View Bali Retreat Schedule, Pricing, & More As a girl, I struggled immensely in female friendships, especially in groups. I was paralyzingly insecure, bullied a lot, and always felt like I had to beg just to be included. By the time I was 21, I was convinced I was just too much for people, but also not enough for people, and that I just didn't do well in group dynamics. What I didn't realize was that the problem wasn't me as a friend...

Bali Self Love Retreat: Open for signups (SEPTEMBER 6-11) View Bali Retreat Schedule, Pricing, & More In September, I'm taking 14 women to Bali for 6 days of fun, relaxation, and self love workshops. Lets be honest - Our phones are full of AI, GLP1s & bad news. Being on social media isn't social, it's harmful. The Bali Self Love retreat is 6 days of in-person fun, learning, and adventure. This is for the woman who's ready to learn and practice true body acceptance, embody self love, and quiet...

Bali Self Love Retreat: Open for signups (SEPTEMBER 6-11) View Bali Retreat Schedule, Pricing, & More I used to daydream that when I hit my 50th, 60th, 70th birthday, I'd wake up and just not care about my appearance anymore. I wouldn't give a f*ck if I got fat, my boobs sagged, or I had wrinkles. In my head, insecurity about my body was just something I'd "grow out of," because I simply couldn't imagine spending the next 60 years still hating myself. But over my 6 years as a body image...
