Feeling Exhausted & Anxious

For the longest time, I struggled with fatigue, negative self-talk, nausea, and insomnia for a few days every month.
​
I would look in the mirror and hate what I saw, and getting dressed was a nightmare.
​
I hated feeling that way - it made me want to hide in the house, hiss at anyone who tried to talk to me, and give up on all my ambitions.
​
​Shockingly, I'd get my period a few days later and have that moment of "OHHH, it all makes sense!"

Every. Single. Month.

Healing Internally

My PMS was ROUGH - but what I didn’t know was that all of this wasn’t just “part of being a woman.”
​
I had no idea that my PMS didn’t have to be so intense, or that I could actually feel GOOD before & during my period.
​
Now, my PMS is almost non-existent because I’ve learned how to support my body with the right nutrition, movement, and even social rhythms.

I have better body image, more energy, I get shit done, and I know what my body needs in each moment.

It’s been a game-changer, making each month feel easy and breezy instead of overwhelming.

Reconnecting

The key to this shift? It’s not about doing more, but about doing things that actually work with your body.

Your hormones affect everything—from your energy levels and mood to how you feel in your body.

When you’re not aligned with your cycle, it can feel like you’re constantly fighting against yourself.

But by making small changes to your nutrition, movement, and even how you plan your social life, you can reduce those overwhelming symptoms and start feeling more in control.

The best part? It doesn’t have to be complicated. In my opinion, it shouldn't be.
